Phunktown5 is a Motown/Funk cover band that consists of 5 talented young musicians from the Burlington/Hamilton, Ontario area. All 5 members are recent graduates of Mohawk College's Jazz Program, Outside of Jazz school, these 5 musicians cover legendary hits from the great Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Jackson5, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations and many other Motown and Funk legends.

Along with the Motown, Funk and R&B genres, these 5 love to add their own funky spin to some of todays Pop hits as well as add their own funky flare to some Jazz standards.



With Christina DiFranco on vocals, Scott McIntosh on guitar, Tom Altobelli on bass, Chris Bruder on keys and Jordan Snider on drums, this group of young musicians love to bring excitement and fun tot he stage.
